• Responsibilities: Overall management of daily store and employee duties.  Project manager for all areas of production. Ordering materials for all departments. Creating and implementing scheduling. Reaching sales goals and hitting all production deadlines. Creating positive team moral and motivation. Providing education and training in all areas of production.  Filing invoices and reporting payroll to accounting.  Practical knowledge of vinyl application, graphic design, embroidery, and die cut.  

FASTSIGNS – Graphic Designer

• February 2016 to October 2017
• Responsibilities: Creation of all graphic design for multiple mediums such as print, vinyl, digital, routed, three dimensional structures, and web. Working with clients 1 on 1 to meet project expectations. Direct correspondence with clients throughout and after projects to build and maintain relationships.  Hitting sales goals and meeting all deadline. Sales of all products and services offered. Site surveys to gain proper information for projects. Installation and print production of vinyl product offered. Large format latex printing. Opening and closing responsibilities.   

Dynamic Dyes – Prepress Designer 

• June 2014 to September 2014
• Responsibilities: Output customer’s graphics as print ready .tifs for flexograph plates. Edit or recreate graphics if quality is to poor. Archive files in an organized manner. Quality control of peer’s work. Print translucent film for plates. Completion of jobs based off deadline and importance. Troubleshoot printer errors as needed.
